Develop accreditation standards, regulations, and guidelines to strengthen Academic Global Surgery Programs

Serve as a forum for the Program Administration community to share challenges, align best practices, and communicate operational needs
Finance Committee

Audit financial policies, annual budgets, and reports in collaboration with the Treasurer to ensure transparency and accountability

Identify funding opportunities to support global surgery partnerships, scholarships and exchange

Review applications for scholarships and research grants
Membership Committee

Evaluate and approve membership applications, manages recruitment and retention, and sets the dues structure

Ensure equitable representation and inclusion across all committees and organizational activities

Monitor and strengthen the organization’s focus on creating meaningful value for members and advancing Academic Global Surgery programs
